SOULCOREWEAR.COM aim to offer genuine stock at very competitive prices and quick deliveries. We sell our equipment & apparel to gyms, asssociations and companies all over the world. Note that all equipment will be produced based on customer needs and is therefore not on stock.
For stock item orders which exceed our stock availability we also do production orders within 30 - 45 days.
All prices at SOULCOREWEAR.COM are incl. Trucking within Switzerland and without 8% swiss VAT. Swiss VAT will be added based on order volume. For orders outside switzerland please contact us for shipping or trucking quotes.

To ensure accurate details in product availability our web site is regularly updated throughout the day. However, we cannot garantuee availability.
Orders placed outside our opening hours may be subject to change. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.
Minimum order quantities depend by product division and starts from CHF 5000.00 for Combat Sports Equipment, Fitness Machines & Cross Fit Equipment. For our sports apparel & equipment line we request a MOQ of 50pcs./pair per design/model.

STOCK ITEM ORDER
Minimum order value for stock item order 250.00/ 200.00 EURO/ USD 300.00 or BRL 450.00.
Note that the freight will be calculated and added to the order separately.
Payments for production orders will be accepted by T/T/ CASH or PAYPAL only. We will start production orders after your deposit payment has been receipt and dispatch after mentioned production time.

Payment in Advance: Directly after ordering the product you will receive an invoice. When we have received the payment we will deliver the order.
Or by T/T (Wire Transfer by Bank). Directly after ordering the product you will receive an invoice on which you may find our bankdetails. When the payment has reached our account we will deliver your order
Please be aware that there can be delays due to weather conditions or custom control in which we do not have any influence at all.

The transport price is based on your choice of how you want your oder to be dispatched.
Delivery time for production orders depend on quantity and way of delivery which will be adviced upfront.
if item is in stock we normally deliver within European Union in tree - six working days. For the rest of the world it can be six - ten days.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases on stock itrems and if for any reason you are not happy please return it in the original package unused within 7 days and we will replace or exchange it at your request. Return the items to SOULCOREWEAR, Wehntalerstrasse 622, 8046 Zuerich-Switzerland.
Production orders are made on customer request. Deposit payments cannot be returned after production has started.
Orders cannot be cancelled nor returned after receipt.
At SOULCOREWEAR.COM we do value our customers satisfaction and hope we have met or exceeded your expectation.
However sometimes things can go wrong and should you have any complaints regarding our service or your order please email us at: email@example.com. Complaints have to be submitted in written form within 5 working days after receipt of order.
Complaints about damages caused through delivery or unloading must be submitted to freight agent or courier directly after delivery and by customer itself.
We don't take any responsibility for damages caused through delivery or unloading.
ERRORS & OMISSIONS
We make every effort to ensure that the information on our iste is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error please contact us via our contact-us page.
We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point rior to dispatch, for whatever reason. You will be promptly informed if such a situation arises.
Production Orders are allways made on customer request. However we dont take any responsibility for errors caused by unprecise specification sent by customer. If we dont get detailed specifications from customer side we will complete the order as we normally do and as per our experience.
For production orders please also note that there can be damages like scratches due to transports. For such damages we reject any responsibility. Complaints therefore must be made directly to the trucker company who is delivering the goods to your door.
